Terms of service

Operator and scope

Proof Entry is operated by Qualascend FZ LLE, registered in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, at Office 1309, Fujairah Creative Tower, 4422, Fujairah, UAE. These terms cover the hosted ledger, website, capture tools and APIs when incorporated into your customer agreement through the applicable acceptance process. Viewing this page alone is not acceptance.

The service is for adults managing business records. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.

Your account and records

Keep your account and integration credentials secure. Submit only records you are entitled to process and share. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious uploads, abusive automation or attempts to evade security and usage limits.

You retain ownership of your records and grant us permission to store, process and transmit them as needed to provide and protect the requested service and comply with law. Personal-data handling is described in the privacy policy.

Capture and review

Proof Entry helps organize income and expenses. It does not provide professional accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of confirmed records, supporting documents and filings.

AI extraction and connected agents can make mistakes. Their entries are proposals until a person confirms them. Keep independent copies of records you need and review amounts, currencies and tax details.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Prices, billing intervals, allowances and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Stripe processes paid subscriptions, which renew until cancelled. You can manage billing and cancel future renewal through Settings. Cancellation does not itself delete your account.

Hosted capture is subject to plan allowances and service limits. There are no automatic overage charges. Your own agent provider may charge separately. Selecting a plan or returning from checkout alone does not establish a paid entitlement; payment must be confirmed.

Contact hello@proofentry.app about billing errors or refund requests. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability and ending service

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free extraction or a contractual uptime level unless separately agreed. Export records you need before account closure. Storage and cleanup are described in the privacy policy.

We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security threats, non-payment or legal requirements, explaining the reason and allowing a remedy where practicable and lawful. You can request account closure at hello@proofentry.app.

Responsibility, changes and disputes

The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separately signed agreement takes precedence where it conflicts.

Material changes to agreed terms or renewal prices will be communicated before they apply, subject to urgent legal or security requirements and applicable rights to cancel future renewal.

Contact hello@proofentry.app to discuss a dispute. UAE law as applicable in Fujairah governs these terms, with jurisdiction in the competent Fujairah courts, subject to mandatory rights to another law or forum. Consumer and data-protection rights that cannot be waived remain in force.
